Learned friends,there's this lawyer (firm) who is representing me in a case that is still pending in court. Now I have been sued in another case and when I appeared in court to my surprise,the same lawyer who's acting for me in the other case is representing the Applicant.In short the counsel is representing me in one case,and accepts instructions to act against me in another case.How ethical is that?
